We recently flew to Ontario to visit our children. We were only going to be gone 5 days - what could possibly go wrong right?! Our hot water heater! Yep, the hot water tank decided it was time to be replaced and had it not been for Big Sister House Sitting and Constance's knowledge and quick action, we could have had a major disaster in our basement. Thankfully Constance knew exactly what was needed to be done and managed the situation for us until we got home. We have used Constance's services in the past, and we will NEVER go away without having our house watched over. Ever so grateful that we can hire Big Sister House Sitting!

We used Big Sister House Sitting to care for our cats during our recent trip. The service provided by Constance was fantastic. She does business in a professional manner; first visiting with you in your home and making notations regarding where every thing is (such as water shut-off valve) and getting to know your animals. Because Covid-19 became a pandemic while we were away, and Constance knew we would have to isolate on our return, she very kindly offered to pick up any groceries we would need for us. So thoughtful! She didn’t even charge us anything extra for her time!"
We were thankful for the updates and pictures/videos she sent of our kitties playing (accompanied by cute anecdotes) and felt they were well-cared for.

Best house sitting company in Saskatoon! The ladies are very thorough and professional. They took care of our home for an entire summer while we were away, when we came back everything was in order, and my plants were thriving. I highly recommend Constance. I was in a bind and needed a last minute pet and house sitter and Constance came to my rescue. We travelled for 2 weeks, Constance was to visit our house daily and everything went very well. First, you should know that my cat is very difficult (does not generally like people, has peculiar needs regarding food and litter box). Our cat immediately took to Constance and that was my first reassurance I made the right choice. As agreed with Constance, she contacted me via email a couple of times throughout our vacation to give me updates, reassuring me the house and the cat were doing well. Constance took care of our beloved cat, my indoor and outdoor plants (many plants with different needs), took a daily tour of the house for any sign of trouble (water or other). The grass was getting long and she even offered to cut it for us. When we returned home, I even noticed the lack of cat hair that usually accumulates "everywhere" when we leave for periods of time. It was really nice to come home to a happy cat, plants that were alive and well, a clean house and even a fresh batch of cookies! I will definitely obtain her services again when we travel.

Just have to post another rave review about the great service of Big Sister House Sitting. We were out of the country - and, when feeding our cat and checking our house, Constance noticed the sound of water in our basement. It turns out that a water pipe had broken and we had water gushing into our basement. She took the matter in hand, coordinated with City of Saskatoon and plumber, in order to get the water stopped and pipe fixed. She and her husband also went home very wet and cold that night!!
